Protokol (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy.
We collect information you provide directly: health metrics, cycle logs, blood work data, wellness check-ins, and nutrition logs. We also collect usage data to improve the app.
Your health data is used solely to provide personalised insights within the app. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security ensuring only you can access your data.
Health and body composition data you enter is sensitive. We treat it with the highest level of care and it is never shared without your explicit consent.
Blood work and wellness data is sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing. Data is not used to train AI models.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at protokolau@gmail.com.
